Residential Aged Care

Our Aged Care facility provides specialised care, support and personal attention for residents and their families.
High care and low care accommodation includes a mix of single and double rooms with ensuites and community areas including lounge rooms and dining rooms where residents and their visitors can meet in private.
Individual rooms with ensuites, divided into four areas:

Acacia Court.
Banksia Court.
Wattle Court.
Grevillea Court - dementia specific unit.
A range of flexible respite options including overnight and daily

The aged care team includes:

Registered and Enrolled Nurses to coordinate clinical care
Personal Care Attendants

with access to the services, via referral, of a

Physiotherapist,
Dietitian,
Diabetes Educator,
Occupational Therapist,
Speech Pathologist,
Podiatrist,
Psychologist and Counsellor.

Finance and Fees

Daily Fees are charged in accordance with the Department of Health & Ageing’s schedule of fees and charges for Residential Aged Care.

Additional fees may apply in accordance to income as assessed by Centrelink or Department of Veterans Affairs. In cases of financial hardship fees can be waived.

Accommodation Bonds & Accommodation Charges

Charges are in accordance with the Department of Health & Ageing’s guidelines. For people with assets above a minimum threshold amount an accommodation bond may be required for those entering low care.

For high care residents an additional daily accommodation charge may apply.

Respite Services

Overnight respite offers a comfortable private single room with ensuite,
Respite care that offers the person a ‘holiday’ and the carer a much needed break,
Respite clients may also participate in many of the activities of the Lifestyle Enhancement Program,
A flexible day respite service is available in the Hostel and dementia specific wing,
Emergency respite is also available,
Bookings are essential.
