Lifestyle Enhancement Group (LEP)

This service has been established to provide a welcoming and supportive
environment for older people and people with disabilities living in the
community and in Gisborne Oaks.
The program provides leisure opportunities for the client and respite for the
carer.

The Aims of the Lifestyle Enhancement Program are to:

  • Promote wellbeing for the client and resident through a planned program of leisure opportunities in consultation with participants.
  • Promote quality of life and the continued independence of clients and residents.
  • Liaise with service providers and other support services and residential care staff to provide a continuum of care.


Other Services available:

  • In home Respite (subject to eligibility criteria).
  • Recreation Program for people with Acquired Brain Injury.
  • A range of respite and social programs for carers and clients

Bookings are essential and an assessment by our Community Care
