Community Health Nurse
Women’s Health, Pap Tests & Breast Awareness, Adolescent Health, Human Development, EYES Youth Health Clinic with a Doctor, Asthma Education, Health Assessments, First Aid/CPR, QUIT Educator,
Heartsmart Program (Cardiac Rehab Program).
Diabetes Educator
Available to provide education in all aspects of diabetes management. The program includes community education and information sessions,
resources and health promotion presentations.
Dietitian
Advice on a range of nutrition-related matters such as healthy body image, diabetes, cholesterol, obesity, cancer, gastrointestinal disorders, food allergies and intolerances and childhood nutrition and fussy eating.
Occupational Therapist
Illness and disabilities can make daily tasks like shopping, cooking, working, paying a bill or even caring for a pet harder to manage. We work with adults and children of all abilities on every aspect of daily
living and helping people remain as self reliant as possible. Services include a Falls and Risk assessment program.
Physiotherapist
Generalist physiotherapy service for all members of the community.
Fees are based on financial status. Referral is via GP, Hospital or a Self Referral. Additional programs include Warm Water Exercise Program, Chair Based Strength and Balance Sessions.
Podiatry
A comprehensive podiatry service is available. Additional services include a foot clinic program, special shoes fittings and purchase of shoes.
Speech Pathology
Speech Pathologists can provide assessment and treatment on a range of communication and swallowing problems.
