John Wauchope F.A.I.M, F.A.I.C.D. (President)
John has had extensive experience in the insurance/finance sector. He is associated with companies involved in receivables management, legal services, risk management and business development consulting. He presently holds Board positions with Recoveries Corporation Group Ltd (Chairman), Mason Black Lawyers (Chairman), BRM Risk Management Pty Ltd and Nimrod Finance Pty Ltd.

 He has also been involved in the public sector; both local and state government, resulting in a number of board appointments to statutory bodies / government owned businesses including the Country Fire Authority (CFA) and Western Water Corporation. He is a Fellow of both the Australian Institute of Management and of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Robyne Head

Robyne was involved with the Gisborne Community Health Centre as a Gisborne Shire Councillor from its inception in the late 1980's. As a strong community supporter she has been contributing to various committees for over 25 years.

 She has a background in retail, marketing and public relations and is on the Marketing sub-committee. With close family members in the United States and Europe, Robyne continues to travel extensively with a special interest in the management of health and aged care outside Australia.

Judith Cameron
Judy has lived in the Macedon Ranges for 36 years and has had 20 years experience as a Pharmacist in residential aged care. She currently serves on the Audit and Risk Management sub-committee and represents the Board at the Quality Meetings.

Judy has a keen interest in achieving and maintaining the highest standards in Aged Care and supporting the staff to do this.

Lois Cameron
A Board Member of MRHS since 2008, Lois moved to Macedon Ranges over 20 years ago to Malmsbury, then to Macedon and now in Gisborne.

With a background in promotions and marketing in Tourism and Small Business, Lois has had extensive experience in Project Marketing, including awards programmes, conferences, exhibitions, brochure production and public relations, international conferences and regional tourism events. Lois has also had extensive experience in administration in both the retail and health sectors.

 Lois has actively undertaken a number of voluntary roles, including with Heidelberg Repatriation Hospital, Kyneton District Business & Tourism Association, World Masters Games, Macedon Ranges Women on Farms Conference, Macedon Ranges Business Awards, Macedon Ranges Positive Ageing Advisory Committee.

George Reynolds
George has been a resident of Mount Macedon for just on twenty (20) years. A qualified accountant since March 1969 and currently holding the qualification of Certification Practicing Accountant (CPA), George is a member of CPA Australia Ltd.

George has been a Board Member of MRHS since October 2008 and is currently Chair of the Audit & Risk Management Committee. He is relishing the opportunity to return something to the local community. George's major interests are Cricket, Australian Rules Football, Gardening (he has a special one at Mount Macedon) and Current Affairs.

Bill Ashby (Vice President)
Bill has a tertiary qualification in Health Administration and has been a Senior Executive Officer of Health & Welfare Services for 20 years. Prior to retiring from active management roles Bill has had extensive experience as Chief Executive Officer of complex health, welfare and community based not-for-profit organisations with a proven ability to manage organisations, projects with very strong financial acumen. Bill resides locally and is a self employed Vigneron.

Alec Djoneff
Alec joined the Board of MRHS in April 2010 in a casual vacancy. Alec is the first and only Chief Executive of the Victorian Hospitals Industrial Association which came into existence in 1994. The VHIA represents the industrial relations interests of employers in the health and community sectors covering public hospitals, community health services, disability services, aged care services, private hospitals, divisions of General Practice and many other employers in related sectors. In this capacity VHIA provides industrial and employment law advice to its members and represents employers in Enterprise bargaining with the relevant unions and provides advocacy services in relation to proceedings before Fair Work Australia. VHIA also established and retains a shareholding in the following - Health Legal, Workplace Legal, and Health Financial - each of whom provide specialist legal or financial consulting services to VHIA members.

Alec is also the Senior Vice President of the Board of Windarring Disability Services that operates centres at Gisborne, Kyneton and Castlemaine. Alec has a strong committment to the development of primary health care services in the Macedon Ranges community and is particularly focused on ensuring that MRHS plays a pivotal role in the implementation of the 2010 COAG Agreement on primary health care. Alec, together with his family, has been a resident of Mt Macedon since 1999.
